From Albufeira Marina, you’ll cruise by boat for about 40 minutes along the Algarve coast, then switch to a double kayak or SUP near Benagil. You can see the famous cave from the boat, paddle into other sea caves when conditions allow, swim, and return with guide-taken photos.

Start at São Rafael Beach in Albufeira, learn basic kayak handling, then paddle along the coast toward Arrifes, Coelhinha, and Castelo beaches. Guides such as Miguel and Felipe lead the group, point out caves, and stop at a quiet beach. Expect sun, salt water, and some arm work.
